HHC is led by Craig Hallsteen. Craig has more than 25 years of experience in banking and finance, including:
* 5 years of financing middle market businesses at Citigroup in Chicago
* 9 years of Leveraged Finance, including 5 years co-managing the Leveraged Finance Group and 4 years running the Mezzanine Finance team of Bank Brussels Lambert in New York
* Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor (CMAA) designation (in depth training in accounting, finance, legal & tax issues related to mergers) in 2016
* MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University, Evanston, IL
* Board member of Wessex 504 Corporation, a development company certified to originate and service SBA 504 loans for mid-market and small business
